Recurring patterns and situations to which we seem helplessly exposed, and/or low-vibrational emotions that constantly seek validation and create realities we no longer desire, are healed at their source. These centuries-old programs have solidified as our pain body within our physical and family systems; and although this recurring activation of the pain body in no way fulfills us, "something" in our system still strives for this familiar security of powerlessness—to be without power. However, it is your deepest desire and intention to recognize the painful disappointments arising from these illusions and your self-deception, to step out of them, and to fully embrace your power. This is how the healing of the broken heart, the heart wall, and the release from the pain body occur.
