Similar patterns and structures can be observed in companies and at work as those found in family systems. In a figurative sense, the company, the business, the workplace is also a kind of family structure. This is particularly evident in family businesses and long-established business dynasties. New family structures, such as same-sex partnerships and blended families, also present further unique challenges. Here, "Healed Competition" can be helpful.
